Villa Di Giovanni

A very enjoyable stay in a lovely villa. The pool is large and therefore kids were thoroughly entertained. Angela and Ian were very welcoming and helpful throughout. All in all we loved the villa and felt the village was a perfect setting within easy reach of the vibrant Kassiopi.

Fantastic villa with a wonderful pool. Very well-equipped and spacious. The location is perfect within a secluded olive grove with a Taverna and local shops within a short 10 minute walk if required. I would love to visit again in the future!

A lovely spotless villa, very spacious and clean. Plenty of privacy with four good bedrooms. High quality construction and fittings. It is, effectively, two self contained appartments- one upsatairs and one down stairs. Large clean swimming pool. Beautiful setting. Parking for 2 cars. The walled drive can be awkward for a medium sized car. The property custodian was very helpful and friendly.

Villa Di Giovanni is a wonderful villa. It was our second visit and was just as we remembered it. The villa is well equipped and the pool is amazing.

Nice villa, with great pool and outdoor space. Short walk to a couple of decent restaurants and shops in Peritheia village. Short drive to some decent sandy beaches at Agios Spiridon and Kalamaki. Villa needs a little updating, but we had a great holiday so not an issue for us.

Great villa in a great location. Really helpful local team (Ian & Angela), and have nothing but praise for the whole thing. Will hope to be back one day soon!

Eine sehr schöne und ruhig gelegene Villa. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Lovely villa with great large pool. WiFi only works in the main room so in the downstairs bedrooms (all hit one) there is no WiFi and 1 bar of 3G if you are lucky. At least one bed very hard leaving us stiff every morning. Well equipped kitchen and very helpful caretakers available with advice at short notice

The villa was secluded, spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful pool. A ‘welcome pack’ of drinks and snacks would have been welcome, especially for a mid night arrival.

We visited Villa Di Giovanni mid Oct. The Villa is amazing and very awe inspiring when you first arrive. The driveway is quite narrow. We had the equivalent of a 5 door Fiesta and was just able to turn it around at the end. Otherwise it would be quite tough to reverse it back up the driveway. Something to bare in mind.
The pool area is absolutist fantastic, the only issue was in Oct the Sun didn't come across the pool until midday. But areas are in the Sun for sunbathing early on. Pool was bitter cold. But again I put this down to time of year.

The amenities in the Villa are above and beyond. Plenty of seating areas throughout. Amazing open space Kitchen, Dining & Living Area. Bedrooms are all good sizes.
We had a couple days of rain but the owners provide a viewing system on the TV which had extensive availability of UK Channels, TV Series & Films which was a great bonus.

We really cannot fault this Villa. It was a shame we couldn't use the pool but that was just down to time of year.
We loved it so much we are planning on going back early in the year in 2022!

This was our second time at Villa Di Giovanni - the hosts were lovely and recommended some new places for us to try out to eat, one being featured on Rik Steins cooking programme. Go up to old Perithia and have a meal at “O Foros” and then down to Perithia village to “Jetatis” - on your doorstep and amazing quality and hospitality.
The villa is the most well equipped I have ever stayed in. Villa Cleanliness outstanding. For me personally I think it’s a prime location and the roads in and around are totally accessible. This is not the case for a lot of Corfu.
You do need a car - we hired a 9 seater transporter this time and had to park and leave it up at the entrance of the driveway as it is not the widest.

We were very impressed how Villa Di Giovanni was presented and its quality of accommodation and facilities. It was immaculate in every way.Doug and Linda were amazing hosts and always available for questions and requests. Its location a mile from a lovely beach and a ten minute walk to local shops and tavernas, made our last minute get away complete. Thank you to everyone for looking after us so well. We loved Corfu

Lisa’s villa is absolutely beautiful inside and out. There were masks and gloves provided, and fresh towels halfway through. Sparking clean throughout! One amazing feature is that Lisa’s kitchen is full of different utensils and cooking equipment!

Lots of space, big bedrooms and big bathrooms.
Plenty of space for 8 people or 2 groups travelling together, as there is a kitchen downstairs aswell.
The pool is enormous, great location with a few shops and restaurants near by. But lots of privacy and not overlooked.
Communication with owners was very good. Any questions were quickly answered.

The villa was amazing and immaculate inside and out! The pool is the star of the villa and is huge, allowing for plenty of space when all 6 of us used it. Inside the villa there is also plenty of space and the rooms are a great size with plenty of storage places. Sea views from the upstairs balcony are an added bonus.

Villa Di Giovanni is the place to be, it is perfectly located: 5 min from the wonderful Kalamaki beach, 10 min from Akharavi its restaurants and city life, 1h away from Corfou.

Second time at Villa Di Giovanni thoroughly recommended, everything you could need mid week clean and linen change excellent pool walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Had a wonderful stay at the villa! The pool is the star of the show as it is perfect and we had so much fun splashing about in there. The house is very spacious and spotlessly clean and there was plenty of room for all 8 of the adults who were staying. House is easy to find even at the very late hour we arrived although I would recommend the need for a hire car. Particular thanks for letting us stay a few extra hours on the last day so we could soak up a little more sun before our flight home in the evening!

Brilliant holiday. Loved the Villa and the area of Corfu it is in.

Lovely villa with fantastic, large-sized pool. Lots of sun deck around pool. Fantastic sun terrace and lots of outdoor communal areas to eat. Incredibly well equipped and very spacious. Spotless on arrival and there was a clean (including change of sheets and towels) twice during our 11 night stay.

The jewel in the crown? The large pool which was cleaned twice whilst we were there. Great for length swimming, floating around on inflatables or playing pool games. Large terrace area around the pool for sunbathing. Plenty of sun loungers and three sunshades.

Local beaches are sandy with shallow waters. Both restaurants in the village are lovely, although we particularly liked Harry's. Everybody is very friendly. Plenty of good restaurants in Kassiopi - we sampled a couple around the harbour which were excellent (Tavernaki and Porto Nuovo) and enjoyed a great birthday meal at the Pyramid Restaurant down near the local beach.

Lovely quiet location just outside the village of Peritheia, surrounded by gardens. The view of the sea and the mainland from the top balcony is one which will stick in the memory for a long long time.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Di Giovanni. It is well equipped, has a fabulous pool and is in a wonderful position. There are excellent tavernas, small but adequate supermarkets and a fantastic homemade ice cream parlour within easy walking distance. Thoroughly recommend a stay here.

This was a truly amazing stay - expensive but worth it. We met Doug, one of the property owners who is also the maintenance guy - super friendly and approachable.
I have never stayed in such a well equipped property - literally everything has been thought of.
The house has air con in every space not just the bed rooms.
We didn't need them but they had a car seat, high chair should you have a toddler.
It is private and secluded and just off a main village road (unusual as many roads to villas in Corfu can be unnamed and rough terrain)

We had the best vacation during our stay on the villa! Thank you so much for this perfect place on Corfu!

Villa Di Giovanni was the most amazing Villa we have ever stayed in. The rooms were all beautifully decorated with magnificent furniture. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and had everything you could possibly want.
The TV had more channels than we get in the UK, including Sky Sports channels.
All rooms were air conditioned and bedrooms all had access to a balcony.
There were only 4 of us so we had a bedroom each so the amount of space was astonishing. There is even a second well equipped kitchen on the lower floor so the villa would be great for 2 families sharing.
Outside the pool was fantastic with views of the sea.
I counted 85 chairs in the villa so in our case that was 21 seats each!!!
The outdoor space was equally impressive with numerous area to eat and of course there is a BBQ
The location was also superb. Private and quite isolated but also very handy for bars, restaurants and beeches. Also easy access to local attractions and general sightseeing.
The village of Peritheia, a short walk down the hill, has 2 lovely restaurants, a bar and 2 mini markets. The staff in the restaurants etc. couldn't have been more friendly and by the end of the week we felt like locals. So if a night in a restaurant left you feeling like you didn't fancy the walk back up the hill there are lots of locals who will gladly drive you back. There are also a couple of bars and restaurants a five minute drive away on the lovely beech.
The owner, Linda, lives quite local so if you need anything you need she can easily pop out. Linda couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and helped make our holiday so wonderful.
As you might guess I would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone.

Lovely big villa and pool. The key was on site making our arrival at 1:00hrs very easy. The beds were made up ready and everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen(s) were well equiped and we found everything we needed. We were early in the season so the sun wasn't quite catching any of the outside seating for breakfast and the pool was a bit of an ordeal to get in, but the grounds were full of lovely wild flowers.

Modernes helles Haus, gross und großzügige Räumlichkeiten, sehr schön gelegen, in Fussnähe um einkaufen zu gehen. Wir sind sehr gut beraten und unterstützt worden auch vor Ort, alle Extrabestellungen, wie Babyausrüstung (Babybett und Hochstuhl) haben wunderbar geklappt. Der Blick und der ganze Aussenbereich sind toll, alles ist sauber und gut gepflegt, sodass man sich sehr gut aufgehoben fühlt. Außerdem kann man in der Gegend gut essen! Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterstützung und Ausführung! Wir empfehlen das Haus und die Agentur sehr gerne weiter!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in questa splendida villa e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. La casa è molto spaziosa e ben rifinita, con 4 grandi camere, addirittura 2 cucine, 2 saloni. la quantità dell'arredamento da esterno è davvero stupefacente: divani, gazebo, tavoli, sedie, barbecue: c'è davvero l'imbarazzo della scelta. Casa pulita 2 volte a settimana e davvero sempre in ordine. Davvero i miei complimenti! Matteo - Milano

Sehr gelungener Urlaub auf Korfu mit 2 Familien. Alles hat bestens geklappt. Das Haus hat uns sehr gefallen. Es ist hell, ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Der Blick ist atemberaubend und das Schwimmbad unser Lieblingsplatz. Die gute Lage erlaubt es, einen grossen Teil der Insel zu besichtigen. Wir waren begeistert und auch der Service im Vorfeld war perfekt. Vielen Dank!

Ganz herrliches Haus zum entspannen in schönster Gegend auf Korfu. Wir waren. Nur 6 Personen und hatten richtig viel Platz, sowas kennt man von Ferienhäusern nur selten. Dank der guten Ausstattung konnten wir sowohl drinnen als auch draussen unser Essen vorbereiten und im Freien leben. Der Innenbereichen ist aber so schön, dass man auch mal in einer kühleren Jahreszeit hier Urlaub machen sollte. Vielen Dank für die guten Tipps zum Essen, Tavernas, und für Besichtigungen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Villa Di Giovanni!
