Acharavi Beach Villa

Great place, spacious, pool was lovely, great location (down a quiet lane) but also close enough that 2 min of walking at you are on the main street or probably just under 10 min walk to the beach, (beach is a pebble beach). Host lives right next door and looked after us. Would come again. thanks for the lovely stay.

Location was just perfect - despite being less than 5 min walk from the main road and supermarket (and icecream shop !!) the property is very quiet and secluded. 10 min walk to good beach with enough tavernas to cover a week's stay ! Our family stayed here, our 3 children and their 3 kiddies - such a wonderful house for us all.

Owners Michael and Kiki very helpful and kind, even helping light the large bbq area and Michael providing fresh fish from his fish market (also about 5 mins away)

The Villa was absolutely perfect for our extended family and Michael the host was truely amazing , assisted us on booking trips out, taxis , organised and supplied the fish for a wonderful BBQ , prepared and did the BBQ for 11,people , as a host he could not have done more,

We stayed at this property for my friends hen weekend. It was the perfect space to enjoy time together and relax! The pool and outside area was beautiful.

We had a fantastic stay at the villa, it was a great size and the pool was brilliant. The villa was close to restaurants and beach bars.

The villa is very well suited for a family or large group vacation. 2 minute walk to the main Acharavi town with restaurants, ice cream, bars, supermarkets, and shops. 10 minute walk or quick drive down to the beach. The nearby beaches are rocky (bring water shoes), or it’s a 5-10 minute drive up to Almyros beach which is sandy if that’s what you’re looking for. Corfu has a ton of different style beaches, so you have lots of options with a car. The villa has air conditioning with two units (one for each floor), so you’ll need to keep bedroom doors open to keep each room cool. AC is necessary in July while we were there (at least for our group of Americans). Highly recommended. As advertised. The large electrical wire over the pool really didn’t bother us during our stay.

what a fantastic property, great condition, private and close to beach, restaurants and shops. Property and pool very clean with good refresh cleaning intervals. Made to feel very welcome and relaxed. Would definitely return.

The house and garden are the perfect size. Enough space for large families. Multiple possibilities to relax in and out side. Enough shadow spots. Locations is great. The beds were the only point we didn’t like.

Our party of 7 comprising 5 adults and 2 children thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Acharavi Corfu. The property equaled or possibly exceeded our expectations in its description and proximity to the beach and shopping area. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful.

The Acharavi villa was a fantastic location for our family holiday. It’s situated very close to the beach, restaurants and shops, with nothing further than 5-10 mins walk away.
It was very spacious, providing ample space for 9 adults and a baby without ever feeling as though we were crowded together (inside or out). Finally, it was exceptionally clean and well kept, with a very friendly and helpful owner next door. We would definitely return here for another holiday.

Beautiful villa, pool and gardens in a great location. The beach is a short walk away. Restaurants are on the beach and the Main Street through. On the Main Street car hire is available. You can also book excursions to see other parts of the island and go on boat trips. Also there is a bus service

This house is beautiful and is exactly as it looks online. Very spacious inside and outside and is great for multiple families. We have been visiting Acharavi since 1986 and therefore we knew Kiki from many many years ago who is a very lovely lady. This is the first time that we had stayed in her house and would definitely recommend.
As per another comment regarding the name of the Villa, we also had trouble with our pick up taxi who went to another villa so perhaps just make it clear when booking your transfers that it is the Villa behind the Acharavi Park restaurant. But this was very minor in the scheme of things.

A fabulous villa

We are very satisfied with our stay in Acharavi Villa. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and the villa itself and the swimming pool was according to what was promised. It was situated very practically, close to the town centre (just 100m) and close to the beach (appr 500m).
Also the communication with Posarelli Villa was very good, and we got all information we needed. So all in all we are very satisfied.
The only minus we can mention, is that the name of the villa on the internet site is "Acharavi Beach Villa", but this is wrong. The correct name is Acharavi Villa. There is another villa nearby which is called Acharavi Beach Villa, so the taxi drivers always went to that villa and couldn't find us.

Great property which mostly looks just how it does online, lovely owners (kiki and michael) who live next door, very helpful without being intrusive, not quite so easy to find seemingly 2 acharavi villas there, tip, when in transfer sat acharavi villa, down side road from acharavi park restaurant, five min walk to start of amenities, lovely gardens and great pool with gated garden would highly recommend

Brilliant accommodation in spotless condition which all guests agreed. We were met by Kiki a most charming and helpful lady. the owner and a little later her husband who was equally charming and assisted us with a recommendation for somewhere to eat. The pool was enjoyed by most of the family! a little too cool for some. However all at least dipped their legs. The facilities were great, we wanted for nothing in the way of utensils, cutlery, glasses etc. The barbecue area was fantastic and we all enjoyed sitting around the fire we built in the Pizza oven at night time talking, listening to a little retro music (not as good as you remember) and there may have been a modicum of local beverages available. All in all a wonderful holiday and hope to return

We booked this beautiful Villa for our family of six for early October this year. The villa is of a very high standard and had everything our family needed. This villa could easily accommodate a larger family than ours very comfortably.
The kitchen was very well equipped with high end appliances. The outside swimming pool and bbq area was excellent and we spent most of our time there.
Our host's Michael and his wife were great, they live next door and were very helpful when we needed them. The villa is located only a minutes walk from the main street and a five minute walk to the beach,
All in all we were very happy with our choice of villa and we hope to return there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Acharavi beach Villa. The villa itself is of a high standard and quite large with plenty of room for everyone (we were a family of 5 including two teenagers and an 11 year old). The pool is excellent and a very good size. The villa is located very close to the main shops and restaurants and is about a 12-15 minute walk to the beach. There are a couple of gyms nearby. The owners are very helpful (we in particular had an issue with our hire car that they helped with - without being asked), always on hand as they live next door, but still respect your privacy. The air conditioning is good both downstairs and upstairs but upstairs would benefit from individual air conditioning in the rooms as opposed to just the one main conditioner on the landing. This may just have been when we visited which was particularly hot - we ended up buying and using some fans in the bedrooms at night, particularly if you want to have the bedroom doors shut. We would highly recommend the villa, would stay again anytime and are quite likely to do so.

Insgesamt ein sehr schönes, geräumiges Haus mit großem Pool und Außenbereich. Allerdings etwas abseits von viel Geschehen und eher ungeeignet für eine junge Reisegruppe :(

We had 2 wonderful holiday weeks in this grandiose, spacious and on request also air-conditioned house with very good facilities.
Michael and Kiki (the owners) always had an open ear for all questions.
We felt very comfortable and would like to come back next year if possible.

Villa was in an excellent location, 10 minutes walk from a great long beach, which has restaurants right next to the sea. Would recommend Feugo, Medusa and Maestro on the beach and Pumphouse in the town. It was a huge villa, with loads of eating space inside and out, the kitchen is well equipped and even had a coffee machine. We found it very clean, the owners live next door and were so friendly and helpful, even delivered fresh fish from their shop and prepared prawns with a delicious marinade which we cooked on the barbecue, Micheal and his wife even came and checked on the barbecue! Lots of good restaurants nearby and a supermarket all within walking distance we actually didn't even use the car we hired.

Fantastic holiday and the villa was amazing. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning.

Ein wirklich schönes und sauberes Haus, fußläufig nur ca. 5-7 Min vom Meer entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es vor Ort. Die Besitzerin des Hauses wohnt direkt nebenan und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben eine erholsame Urlaubswoche dort verbracht und würden jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren.

6 adults and 4 children aged 6 to 14 stayed here and we had a fabulous time. As said before supermarkets tavernas and the wonderful wide bay which is amazing for swimming is all very easily accessible. The owners live next door and therefore it is easy to contact them with any queries. We enjoyed the pool which is a great size for swimming and surrounding area with its barbecue and pizza oven. The house is large airy and air conditioned. Would recommend.

The only problem that we encountered was not with the villa or it’s owner but with the voucher provided by Posarellivillas villas which led to confusion regarding a deposit of €500. The voucher states at the top that a deposit in Greece is not necessary but lower down to pay it to the owner when collecting the keys.

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was really fantastic inside and out. Decorated to a very high standard with lovely grounds too. It felt very private but was in easy walking distance of the beach, the restaurants and the shops. The owners lived nearby and were very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to return someday soon for another holiday.
