Inside the property there is a beautiful garden (1000 m2) on several levels and a swimming pool reserved for the exclusive use of guests. The house is well furnished and very comfortable.
In the same property there are completely 2 separate villas (Villa Ancora and Villanova Lonciano, both are also in our catalogue) that shares only the entrance with Villa Lonciano.
The nearby natural park of Monte Morello offers the possibility of pleasant walks in contact with nature.
