We spent an unforgettable time in this beautiful villa in Greece – 9 girls, 1 dream location, and countless memories made. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was spotlessly clean, spacious, and perfectly equipped for a larger group. Each room had its own charm, and the breathtaking view made every sunrise and sunset feel magical. The outdoor area was our favorite – with a large pool, cozy seating corners, and plenty of space to dance, laugh, and relax together. Whether we were enjoying breakfast in the sun or having wine under the stars, every moment felt like a movie scene. What made our stay even more special was how smoothly everything went. The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful, and always available if we had a question – yet gave us full privacy to enjoy our girls’ getaway. This trip was pure joy – full of laughter and unforgettable memories. We’d come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a magic getaway.

The Villa was in an amazing panoramic position and was really well designed to provide comfortable and stylish accommodation. It is in an area close to Kassiopi and beautiful beaches.

Villa Arete is one of three villas within the Perithia Sea View Villas complex. Each villa consists of 2 separate apartments with 2 bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms and a living room with an open-plan kitchen in each apartment. Everything is arranged simply, in the so-called ikea style but comfortable. Downstairs there is a large terrace with a swimming pool and a place for sunbathing, grilling and dining. Upstairs there is a large terrace and balcony. We needed the whole villa for our nine - 5 adults and 4 children (3,5,10 and 12 years old)
The location is very important to us - off the beaten track, space, view, amazing sunsets ... Neighborhood in villas is a roulette - it was ok with us. No one bothered anyone. The fact is that the villas are poorly separated and lack privacy. It needs to be regulated by vegetation. Very important information - here you must have a car. There is no access to the beach and nearby tavernas on foot - unless you are walking on the highway where there is a lot of traffic. Nobody does. There is a mini market 400 m away but it is worth going shopping to Nicos Food Market - 6 km. They have everything there. Delectable owner. In general, everywhere we came across very empathic Greeks - in restaurants, shops, on the street ... everyone speaks communicative English. Our manager Rania in Vila Arete very helpful, competent, discreet. There are beautiful beaches in the nearby distances, but always a lot of people, no parking spaces, they are mostly rocky, without sunbeds and umbrellas or with sunbeds and very loud music. We found an ideal beach for children, beaches nearby - 1.3 km Kalamaki Beach - wide sandy beach with sunbeds and umbrellas - 10€ for 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds for the whole day, gentle shore with warm azure water, on the beach Taverna Dimakos worth recommending.
The villa has everything you need, but some things can be supplemented, e.g. the light in the bedrooms is a nightmare - there is no intimate light to put children to sleep, a small bedside lamp; very little space in the kitchen to prepare meals - no wonder the table in the kitchen is damaged. But in general it's great - we spent a beautiful family holiday here and we will certainly come back here and recommend this place. And maybe nearby restaurant recommendations - Imerolia Taverna, Janis Restaurant, Foros - are our three the best Greek restaurants in the region. And the incredibly beautiful town of Kassiopi - we recommend a walk along the bay from the Janis restaurant, the road with beautiful properties by the beaches and amazing vegetation - colorfully blooming oleanders, bougainvillea, cypresses, ubiquitous rosemary ... We really rested here and relaxed.

Für diese Preislage, sind diese drei Villen zu dicht beisammen. Keine richtige Privatsphäre. Außenbereich ist ok, leider sehr ungepflegt (Grünflächen sind nicht angelegt, nur Unkraut).

Une magnifique villa ! A prendre sans hésiter. Parfaite pour deux familles. A savoir que le logement est composé de deux appartements l’un au dessus de l’autre sans communication directe. Ce qui est très pratique pour deux familles. Un ménage de mi séjour a été fait avec changement de draps et serviettes de toilette. Super ! Finalement on nous a demandé aucune caution comme indiqué dans l’annonce peut-être parce que nous nous sommes toujours croisé avec l’agence, Bref , superbe !

This Villa was absolutely incredible. It was a slice of Greek Heave and we enjoyed every minute of it. The home was clean and prestige and the outdoor area was to die for. I would note that the drive up is very steep and our rental car actually couldn’t make it up all the way. The pool which was spotless, clear and clean we loved but it is not heated - we tried out best to get in though! The housekeeper is the sweetest, she was so quick to help and available when we needed her. Overall stay here it was amazing.

The villa was exactly as advertised with smooth check in, was met at the villa and shown around and was easy to contact. the villa has great views and will be staying here again, when I next visit. highly recommended.

The villa is located in a very quiet area of north Corfu, but this was perfect for us as we had local tavernas and beaches near-by with some smaller towns within a 10min drive. The villa is well set out and had everything we needed. The pool and the views from the pool area and upper balcony are exceptional, especially during sunset. We recommend you get a car due to the location although we walked to the local tavernas on most nights (they are both excellent) - because of the rural location, bring a torch as the roads are not lit!
A special mention to Mr Makis the villa manager, he was present most days (although not a bother to us) either cleaning, maintaining or just checking on the properties and he was very reassuring about security and offered for us to call with any questions about Corfu, not just the villa!

We had a wonderful holiday, villa is very nice with all the essential amenities with stunning views across to Albania. Pool area is lovely with plenty of space and sunbeds, and although villa is in the middle of 3, privacy was not an issue. The only negative is that the villa is split onto 2 levels with no internal staircase, but we made this work by making sure the key was always put back in the lock box. The villa is in the North East part of Corfu, which we found to be the nicest area. The local village / harbour of Kassiopi is stunning with wonderful restaurants, cocktail bars, shops and supermarket. Further along the coastline is Kalami (where The Durrells was filmed) - this is a lovely spot, along with Agni Bay (next bay round) - the restaurants at Agni Bay can be accessed by boat from Kalami which makes it extra special. Local beach of Agios Spyridon is sandy with very shallow water, nice lunch-time restaurants. Would definitely recommend this villa / area but would note that a car is ESSENTIAL.

We loved our stay at Villa Arete. Location was great, a 10 minute drive into the local town where there are plenty of shops and lots of great restaurants. Views from the villa were amazing. Owner very helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend :)

Everything you see online is exactly what you get. The Villa is two separate floors. Each floor has a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms each with a full bathroom. You must go outside to access the other unit as there are no interior stairs. There is a washer on each floor with drying racks on the decks. The infinity pool is large and kept at a very comfortable temperature. There are 8 chaise lounges and a wonderful picnic table in the shade for meals or games. Villa Arete is the middle unit, but it still feels as though you have plenty of privacy. The driveway is very steep, so driving a manual transmission car can be challenging, although there is plenty of parking to accommodate 2 cars per Villa. There are myriad surrounding beaches. St. Spyrion is sandy and family friendly with a lovely little cafe close by. Kassiopi is smooth rock and crowded, but the surrounding choices for restaurants and shopping make it attractive. And, there are many, many more choices. We loved the northern area of Corfu. The owners restaurant recommendations were simply phenomenal. We were a family of 9 from 15 to 78 and not one of us was in the least bit disappointed. The local caretaker was extremely responsive to every need. Have we said enough great things about this property? Perhaps, but we have only scratched the surface.

At first sight the Villa is amazing and the views from the swimming pool are out of this world. What let it down was the cleanliness of the villa, the lack of amenities (dishwasher tablets, bin bags) left in the villa (they are two apartments and 1 of each of the above was left in the lower apartment not the top, the bathrooms are situated off the bedrooms and we had no bathroom door on our bathroom which is awkward, Wi-Fi was intermittent and Privacy is an issue as the villas are so close and if you are staying in the top apartment u can not access the pool unless you go through the bottom apartment which is really annoying! The property owner was very helpful

Great place! Not close to many things though. No beach walking distance. Only 1 restaurant walking. Have to drive everywhere and roads are hard to navigate a bit on scooters. Would recommend a car.

our stay was amazing, the villa is beautiful , clean and just perfect. the area is a bit out of the way and have to get taxis everywhere due to being no roads to walk down, however 100% worth it Had a little problem finding the villa, as adress given didn’t come up on maps , but found from (Hidden by Airbnb) and wasn’t too bad once you knew where it was 10/10 would recommend for groups

perfect spot, exactly as detailed one slight challenge was the internet. very intermittant, however this is nothing to do with the villa just greece I think would definately recommend for a perfect holiday

We stayed in Arete Villa which was in the middle apartment of the 3. The views are absolutely stunning, pool was clean and external areas were 5*s. Overall the apartment was exceptionally clean, with perfect ‘chill’ areas to relax in. Kitchen was fully equipped and the beds were super comfy. Super close to restaurants and beaches, closest town was a 7 minute drive which was really lively. Will definitely stay again!

La villa est superbe, avec une vue magnifique ! La villa était très propre et est très bien équipée. La piscine est génial. Le seul petit défaut est la proximité avec les deux autres villas sur le même terrain. A noter : la villa est sur deux étages qui communiquent pas un escalier extérieur.

The pool and views at this villa are truly outstanding, would rate excellent if not for the 2 apartment style layout with no internal staircase and the road to approach the villas is really bad and needs addressing. Once through gates the road is perfect.

Excellent new villa ticking almost all the boxes for a family. 5 min drive from an excellent beach for kids shallow, warm and sandy (Agios Spiridon). 7 minutes walk from little village with tavernas that do takeaway with all the Greek favourites. Excellent pool (multicolours at night) with amazing view of Albania and incredible sunsets. 5 min walk from icecream place. Actually 2 apartments one on top of the other with private entrance and kitchen and lounge. Perfect for the inlaws or older kids or friends. Amazing place.
