We had a brilliant time.

Amazing villa in a beautiful location near the village of Makrades. The villa is finished to an excellent standard and the owners were very helpful. It is within walkong distance of two villages and there are some excellent cafes/taverna's within easy reach.

Wonderful villa down a private road & able to easily walk into the village & to restaurants. The owner responded to every question, enquiry & any issue incredibly quickly & efficiently.

Villa Prokimea is stunning, we loved the peace and tranquility it offers. The outside space is-well designed, with really great pool. The villa is located in Makrades a very small mountain village in the NW region of Corfu. The area surrounding the villa is beautiful, great for walking. Our host Yiannis welcomed us in the villa and was contactable throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed.

We had a great time staying in Villa Prokimea, it was perfect.
Communication beforehand was really good, and we were met by the friendly Theodora who showed us around and was on hand for any questions during our stay.
The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well equipped, the pool was so much fun and the views are incredible.
The whole place was very clean and had everything we needed. A mid week clean and new towels was really nice to have too.
A short walk to the local village with a few restaurants and a couple of shops, and a short drive to beaches and more restaurants and shopping.
We'd love to come back and stay again, we had a brilliant holiday.

Lovely villa. Spacious with a wonderful view. Very sleek & modern. The welcome gifts in the fridge are a nice touch!

Kitchen is well equipped, could maybe have better lighting for the BBQ area for cooking at night & some extra outdoor utensils.

Bedrooms spacious & comfy. (We didn’t use the bedroom at the top of the spiral stair case)

Be aware that there is an active building site next door. They start promptly at 8:00am. We had 3 days of loud noise including digging / drilling & scaffolding poles. The rest of the time was a tolerable level of noise, but I suspect this is because the owner intervened when we raised this with Posarelli. The build is not related to the owner so works are not in their control.

a perfect villa with beautiful pool and views - very nice and green surroundings, you feel like the only one in the hills - you need a car to reach the best spots in the region - unfortunately they build directly near the villa an new one (but no visibility restrictions) so you have some low noise in the morning hours

Stunning villa, couldn’t fault it. In a perfect & unspoilt location with amazing views. A short walk from the villa takes you to the coast path with beautiful vistas. Makrades village 5 mins walk with shops and tavernas - very friendly. I would love to return

Eine ausgezeichnete Unterkunft, die absolut empfehlenswert ist.
Das Inventar ist ebenfalls neu und hochwertig. Da es eine nagelneue Unterkunft ist gibt es noch einige Verbesserungsvorschläge, wie z. B. Kleiderhaken, Handtuchhalter, Eierbecher, Toaster, mehr Tassen (bei 6 Personen-Belegung).

The villa is fabulous! We stayed with our 4 children age 10-15. The setting, elevated above the beaches of Paleokastritsa and Agios Georgios (each about a 20min drive) is unbelievably picturesque and peaceful with fantastic sunsets as it sits on the west side of the island. Makrades is a sweet little village with a couple of nice restaurants. The pool was great and the open plan nature of the kitchen and living room worked really well. We enjoyed some nice barbecues and ate out on the massive balcony every night. Theodora was quick to respond to any questions.
It would have been good to have had some proper barbecue utensils. Theodora provided an extra chopping board when I asked. A couple of good smaller chopping knives would be useful as well.

A fantastic property. Well located, just a short walk to two nearby villages with a couple of tavernas each. Excellent pool, spacious outdoor area and well-designed indoors, with three large bedrooms and a fantastic kitchen area.

Beautiful spacious , well maintained villa. Pool area is great.
Top floor bedroom access a little tricky for anybody older . This room also gets very warm in hot weather as a lot of glass and a/c could be better.
Suggest a car is needed as relatively remote. Couple of good tavernas in walking distance but otherwise no local amenities.

A stunning villa on the edge of a lovely little village. Peaceful and relaxing with great views, but still with a choice of really nice places to eat within a few minutes walk. Owner very helpful and responsive, meeting us on arrival.

Is a brand new secluded villa with beautiful views over the mountains of Corfu, the surrounding sea and its islands. It is tastefully furnished and has a beautiful pool area. Our host was very attentive and whenever we had any issues, she tended to our needs right away. The rooms are comfortable and provide plenty of privacy. Since the house is quite remote, a car is necessary and being a good driver doesn’t hurt either, given the extremely windy roads. Highly recommended overall.

Sehr schöne Villa, schön ruhig gelegen mit herrlichem Ausblick aus das Meer. Restaurants mit sehr leckerem Essen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der näheren Umgebung und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Um bis ans Meer zu kommen ist ein längerer Fußmarsch einzuplanen oder am besten ein Auto oder Roller ausleihen. Für Aktivurlauber sind Wanderungen und Klettertouren hier sehr gut möglich, man kann natürlich auch ganz entspannt am Pool liegen und die Sonne genießen...

We couldn’t believe our luck when we found Villa Prokimea on the site, and it was available. We assumed the reality would not be quite as we hoped from the photos. But we were wrong the reality was even better. Without doubt one of the most special places we have stayed as far as design, situation and functionality is concerned.

A sensational villa completed in 2022 in an absolute quiet location. Large outdoor pool with elegant lounging areas. 2 spacious bedrooms with each en-suite bathroom on the ground floor - at the level of the pool. In addition, a utility room with washing machine and ironing facilities. On the upper floor a fantastic open, overfully equipped kitchen. integrated into an enormously large and all-round glazed living-dining area. Before it had a view of the pool, forest, the mountain village of Krini and the sea a huge terrace with a large dining table. In the DG another bedroom with en-suite bathroom and also huge terrace. Accessible via a somewhat hazardous but very layy metal spiral staircase. Air conditioning everywhere and opaque curtains. Theodora and her husband Ioannis took great care of us and responded to all interim requests quickly and competently. Makrades village About 5 minutes on foot, Theodora's brother runs an excellent tavern (Tomateli) - also quite new and therefore not listed in all guides. The house is located on approx. 300 m above sea level and can be reached via a mountain road. Accordingly, the way to the sea is either only motorized or a bit laborious in a descent of at least 30 minutes.

Kommunikation mit Theodora war super! Das Haus liegt traumhaft mit Blick auf‘s Meer. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto und vertrauen Sie den Koordinaten, die Sie bekommen, um zum Haus zu gelangen. Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Fotos entsprechen zu 100% der Realität. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par nos hôtes avec plein de gentillesse et de petites attentions.
La situation est parfaite, au calme et la route qui mène au village offre une vue époustouflante sur la mer et Paléokastritsa.
La maison est superbe, avec de belles prestations et est très agréable. Elle est très bien équipée. Le cadre, la piscine et la vue sur mer sont paradisiaques.
Nous recommandons vraiment cette location.
