Mooi en gezellig huis dat wel hier en daar een opfrissing kan gebruiken.
Het zwembad wordt zeer goed onderhouden.
Doordat je wat hoger in de heuvels zit is het water wel wat fris. Misschien een idee om een oprolbaar afdekzeil te zetten zodat de gasten 's avonds het zwembad kunnen afdekken. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Confortevole e pulito anche se lontano dal centro abitato, è quello che serve a staccare un po la spina. L'alloggio e la posizione è incantevole.

Very nice villa with private pool, yard, great view and surrounded by forest. However the price to be paid for the view and calmness is half an hour drive from Cortona trough serpentines. Since it is relatively high in the hills the temperature was always a few degrees lower so the water in the pool was a bit on the colder side but still OK. It was a nice escape from the hot towns though. The hosts were really nice.

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevolissima vacanza. La vista e' molto bella e anche la struttura. Le persone che gestiscono sono molto carine e disponibili. Unica pecca che secondo me da rivedere e' la cura degli interni in particolare dei bagni e nello specifico le docce.

Wir hatten einen sehr Aufenthalt.
Die Vermieter waren super lieb und auch das Essen in dem hauseigenen Reustaurant war lecker und mega günstig.

Alles hat uns gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sauber und gemütlich. Der Empfang war sehr nett und die Beratung gut. Man kann sehr schön spazieren gehen. Die Abende am Kamin waren danach besonders entspannend. Schade, dass man nicht zu Fuss mal eben einkaufen gehen kann.

We have realy a good time. The owner was helpful and the house is
nicely furnished in a typical Tuscan style. Ideal for us, so we enjoyed the peace of the Tuscan country-side.

La casa è molto bella e pulita e ben arredata anche con lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Internet funzionava bene. Il giardino è veramente bello con una piscina stupenda e vista fantastica. Un posto dove si può veramente rilassare. E Cortona e molto vicino e bellissima!

Margarita Uno is a perfect place to getaway from it all. It is peaceful, remote and very tranquil.
The villa is about 20 minutes up a steep, winding road above Cortona. when you get there the views are beautiful.
Margarita and her family are very welcoming. She also runs a small restaurant facility for guests staying in her 3 rental properties. The food is delicious and excellent value.
The villa is compact but easily sleeps six in three bedrooms, one with ensuite upstairs and two with bathroom on the ground floor. The small pool is immaculate and very private.
The villa is a good base to visit Tuscany and Umbria. The train to Florence only costs 10.80 euro each way for a 1.5 hour journey. Sienna, San Gimignano are easily reached by car.
We would definitely go back and would highly recommend Villa Margarita Uno as an ideal base for a memorable holiday in Tuscany

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung ist so, wie man sich ein Haus in der Toskana vorstellt und hat uns sofort in Ferienstimmung versetzt. Das Schwimmbad und die immer noch grünen Landschaft waren wunderschön.
