Description
La Nocciola is a spacious and panoramic villa located in Emilia Romagna just 16 km from the Adriatic Sea and the city of Cattolica.
The villa is spread over 3 floors and thanks to its 4 bedrooms and 1 other sofa bed it can accommodate up to 8/10 people.
It is characterized by its extremely welcoming charm and by its large panoramic views and outdoor spaces.
The living area and bedrooms on the first floor are all air conditioned.
La Nocciola offers a private above-ground swimming pool (5.5 x 3.5 metres), a patio equipped for eating out, a barbecue, a sun terrace, a relaxation area with table football, a garden with a small pond with fish, hazelnut and fruit trees and a children's swing.
The trekking, mountain biking, cultural experiences and food and wine routes of the area will only brighten your stay, making your holiday a real experience.
The nearby village of Montefiore Conca is one of the 100 most beautiful villages in Italy. It is only 2 km from the villa and there are local businesses such as restaurants, grocery stores, bars, a pharmacy and a bank.
A few kilometers by car from the property are the most beautiful places on the Romagna Riviera such as Cattolica, Rimini and Riccione along with the medieval villages of San Marino, Gradara, and Urbino.

The villa itself is spacious, clean, easily accommodates two families (4 adults + 5 kids) - there are enough bathrooms. Perfect kitchen with everything you need and a nice big dining room on the ground floor. Many doors leading to the large patio with beautiful panorama also from the ground floor on Riccione / Cattolica (nearest beach is ca 20 mins by car) and the sea + the hilly surroundings. Nice and well maintained garden with a pool and sunbeds. Despite the summer we did not need the A/C - there is always some wind in the evening. All windows have mosquito net so you can sleep with open windows / fresh air. We liked the villa a lot and would come back again.

The view of the house was truly amazing! The communication with the host was perfect. All of the spaces, inside and outside, were super cozy and beautiful (even better than shown in the pictures). The house is very well equipped and has everything that you need. We had an amazing vacation there that we enjoyed very much!

As a group of 7 we where nicely welcomed by Vania. The house was very clean, big and had all the accommodations sited. She immediately gave us her number, so contact with the host was very easy. Definitely a recommendation!!

Guest house favolosa! Distribuita su 3 piani, molto spaziosa e comoda. Adatta per famiglie o gruppo di amici.
Cucina attrezzata e funzionale, con frigo molto capiente e lavastoviglie.
Piscina con una vista spettacolare ed è possibile prendere il sole sui numerosi lettini forniti dalla proprietà.
Dotata di un giardino molto grande e ben curato.
I proprietari sono gentilissimi e super disponibili.
L'unica pecca sono le zanzare ma questa purtroppo è una cosa normale considerato l'abbondanza di verde.
Guest house consigliatissima e sicuramente se avremo modo ci ritorneremo.

Our family of 5 had a great time at la Nocciola. We never tired of the fabulous view, and the towns and villages in the area were beautiful to visit. Several good restaurants in close proximity, but we recommend having a car.

Toller Familienurlaub. Das Haus ist liebevoll und dekorativ eingerichtet und hat alles was benötigt wird. Die Gastgeberin und auch ihr Willkommensgeschenk haben uns angenehm überrascht. Wir haben uns alle (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) sehr wohlgefühlt.

Nous avons séjourné pendant 5 jours à 9 personnes dans la villa et tout était parfait: la maison et ses prestations, les extérieurs biens entretenus et équipés, la propreté. Notre hôtesse a été accueillante, souriante et très disponible et flexible pour notre arrivée et notre départ. Nous recommandons cette villa au calme et avec une superbe vue, pour des séjours en groupe

We loved the Villa, very clean and comfortable - kitchen was well equipped and temperature of the place was just perfect. Ample space (we were a group of 7) and everything is very comfortable, beds, bathrooms, living area. Highly recommend this villa. Also, Vania our host, was super sweet - we found some groceries left for us as we arrived late in the night and she was super accomodating and welcoming :-) super place - super host. thank you for a lovely stay
