Villa Yaisemi

Overall good, Minor maintenance issues, but were taken care of after we informed the owner/booking office

This villa is beautifully furnished and decorated. It was very clean when we arrived and the cleaners came midweek to reclean. Well equipped kitchen. Very satisfied. We spent a week there and were very comfortable. The view of the bay from upstairs is lovely. We enjoyed spending time in the pool too.

We loved the location with the possibility to get to the beach by foot. The house and the pool were very spacious. We appreciated the special late check out.

The villa and the outside space are just as nice as they appear to be from the website and as others have commented. It is very comfortable and generally well equipped. We found the wifi worked well upstairs but not downstairs. Phone coverage is poor, this is nothing to do with the villa just a fact in this area. The batterie de cuisine could do with a little attention, the saucepan we used most often (usually for heating milk for coffee) is rather tired and needs to be replaced. There is a filter coffee machine and also one of those little Italian stovetop espresso machines .
The pool is a very good size for a rented property.
Special mention for the extremely helpful and nice Spiros Momouris who will sort out any issues you might have.
It's a short walk down to Agni Bay and an equally short but quite steep walk back up. Of the three tavernas we liked Taverna Agni, there is nothing wrong with Nikolas except that it is a bit disorganised, we didn't try Toula. You do need to book to be sure of a table particularly one at the front.
There is a nice village baker in Sinies on the road to Kassiopi and good shops in Kassiopi itself. If you walk up to the Byzantine castle at Kassiopi and then round the perimeter you may see dolphins on the northern side, elsewhere too no doubt.

Villa parfaite pour 2 couples ! Une grande pièce à vivre de plain pied en arrivant à la maison, qui offre une vue époustouflante sur la baie d’Agni depuis toutes les fenêtres et la terrasse. En N-1 donnant sur l’extérieur directement par 2 grandes portes fenêtres les 2 chambres joliment décorées et équipées chacune de leur salle d’eau et wc privatifs. Vue sur la baie également depuis les chambres qui ont accès directement à la piscine et au jacuzzi. L’environnement est paisible, entouré d’oliviers sans être complètement perdu (d’autres habitations autour). Située à 45 mns de Corfou par une route magnifique qui longe la mer, c’est un point de départ idéal pour faire le nord de l’île qui suscite le plus d’intérêts… Des propriétaires charmants, croisés durant le séjour qui proposent des arrivées /départs totalement autonomes grâce à une boîte à clefs. Un hébergement qui a contribué en grande partie à la réussite de notre séjour !

Lovely villa in a beautiful location.

We had a wonderful stay at the Yiasemi Villa in Agni. The region is beautiful and the house is very comfortable. Great view, quiet surroundings, large rooms, great outdoor space with pool, jacuzzi, grill and table tennis, very good air conditioning and one parking space (so useful!). I hesitate to comment on the price/quality ratio since I didn't compare a lot but I think it's quite good. We had an issue when we arrived (the house hadn't been cleaned when we arrived) but this was promptly solved and the house was promptly cleaned quickly and professionally.

Great villa with perfect location; elevated on a hill, 10 min walking from a nice beach with great restaurant (Toula’s seaside). Bright and modern, with nice swimming pool and all amenities, finishing are OK, WIFI is slow… We would definitely recommend that place!

Nice house with seaview and pool 600m from the exclusive Agni bay with 3 restaurants and a nice little beach where you also can rent sunbeds. One of them among the best restaurants in Greece. Outside the bay numerous yachts are anchored up. In Agni you can also rent a boat for
and explore the coastline between Kassiopi. The perfect location for a varied holiday experience.
The house was nice furnished and the kitchen fully equipped. By the pool there is a also a bbq area with an outdoor sink. The house is surrounded by beautifull olive and cypress trees.

Honestly, this villa is absolutely outstanding... so much so that my husband and I wished we could move in permanently and came home wishing our own decor was as chic and tasteful as that on show at Villa Yaisemi! Every amenity has been thoughtfully provided and the owner and cleaner could not have been more helpful and accommodating when we asked for help with the television and for a sponge to wipe surfaces (no need to wash up as they have a great dishwasher). It's perfectly situated to provide great views over the bay and walking distance to the local tavernas for dinner too, but far enough to ensure peace and quiet. We can't rate it highly enough and will most definitely visit again, thank you!There are three tavernas in Agni Bay and all are lovely. Toula's is the most trendy but Nikolas Taverna is the most reasonably priced. There is also a very lovely beach club bar/restaurant place called Cristal in the next bay that can be reached via short, 10 minute walk around the headland from the right hand side of Agni Bay.

We had a lovely 5 night stay at the villa. Private, quiet, lots of space with a great pool area. The agent was very attentive and quick to respond. Would highly recommend if you wanted a relaxing getaway!

Villa Yiasemi was great, quiet and secluded, just what we were looking for! Agni bay is beautiful with some great tavernas.

My family loved our vacation to Corfu and staying at Villa Yaisemi. The Villa is as advertised and very clean. We also enjoyed being at Agni and walking to nearby towns. One note - the wi-fi is not reliable. We stayed four days and it worked for a total of 5 minutes. This is the case for this region of Corfu so it isn’t the Villa’s fault, but if you need a place with wifi this is not the right choice. It did provide rest from being online however!

This was a great place to stay. Perfect location, quite, secluded yet close to the best food and amazing views. We loved it!

Absolutely superb accomodation the villa is beautiful. The only criticisms are could not get wi fi .unable to get television to work. For the price would of expected a welcome pack and instructions on how to work things. There was a mix up with the villa next door booking causing us to move and unable to unpack waiting for confirmation which villa we were staying in. Directions very confusing lady in supermarket helped us. Unfortunately we locked ourselves out and had excellent service from our contact who came and let us in .would definitely recommend this villa even with the small.problems. thank you

Beautiful villa in a beautiful location - perfect for a family of four. We appreciated the heated pool in May, and the hot tub in the evening was bliss. The downstairs ensuite bedrooms were perfect for tiptoeing straight from the pool for a shower. And the upstairs view whilst we ate breakfast on the veranda is something we're already missing. Highly recommend the villa and the service from Posarelli.

We had a wonderful, very restful week. The weather was glorious and the views from the Villa and terrace were fabulous. The Villa was great for us (a couple), it may be a little compact for 2 couples in my opinion. The reason I didn’t award 5 stars is because the pool was not heated and the jacuzzi was turned off despite heating included in the price. A call to the agent rectified the issue but it took at least 36 hours to warm up. Also there is nothing the owners can do about the direction of the sun but fyi for future visitors, the sun moves off the terrace by about 3pm (in Oct). It’s a steep climb from the beach but we needed the exercise. There are 3 tavernas on the beach, all lovely but very very pricey. The small supermarket is a 10 min drive away. We hired a boat from George at the beach. It was fantastic, great fun and would recommend. All in all we had a lovely time

Great villa, great location, slightly let down by a few details

A lovely villa in a secluded, quiet location. The sun moves from the pool area around 5pm in the afternoon. The pool area is accessible from the bedrooms so if you want to eat by the pool then you need to take the food downstairs. But there is an upstairs balcony with a table and chairs to eat outside directly from the living room. If you want to use the dying rack for wet clothes, then bring some pegs! As other reviewers have mentioned it is located up a steep hill but it is only a short distance to walk. Note that there are no shops in Agni Bay, but 3 lovely tavernas - they need to be booked ahead of time

Our third stay here… as lovely as ever! We will be back

La casa es preciosa y cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unas bonitas vacaciones. Sin embargo, es importante saber que el acceso por carretera es algo difícil, carril único y con bastantes curvas. Casa muy limpia en general, calidad/limpieza de las toallas mejorable. La salida no es flexible, teniendo que dejar la casa a las 10am, demasiado pronto en comparación con otros alojamientos.

A lovely villa within walking distance of the beautiful Agni beach (bit of a hill on the way back up!) and it’s lovely restaurants. A really restful place, the pool area is great and a perfect view of the ocean from upstairs on the terrace. Comfortable beds and bedrooms downstairs, which meant we never needed to use the aircon despite it being 30 degrees most evenings!
