Maison très fonctionnelle et confortable, aménagée avec goût. Belle vue. La piscine est parfaite. Accueil chaleureux. Les frais de ménage dont un peu élevés .

The perfect place to stay to explore Tuscany! The house was absolutely immaculate and Massimo and Dorata were amazing! They met us at the property right on time and gave us a great tour of everything. Kitchen is well stocked. There is a drip coffee maker (uses small cone filters) and you can buy "American" ground coffee or just use Illy espresso ground. I was brave and used the traditional Moka pot, as well! Kettle, toaster, microwave are all there. Washing machine, but no dryer, but our clothes dried SUPER fast on the provided rack outside in the Tuscan sun :) Views from the house are INCREDIBLE. We did day trips to Florence (twice - reserve parking in the city in advance), Pisa (amazing!) and Siena (also amazing!) Lots of great restaurants in the area. Try Il Cellese Winery (about 30 min away) - we did the "large" lunch with wine tasting along with a tour of the facilities. It was expensive but fabulous food cooked by Michelin-ranked chefs and delicious wines. Thank you so much Massimo & Dorata - we will definitely be back and recommend to all our friends!

Die Ferienvilla RENINA hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Besitzer verwalten die Villa mit viel Liebe. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Dorota und Massimo waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns tolle Tips für die Umgebung gegeben. Sie waren immer erreichbar falls wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und würden die Villa jeder Zeit nochmals buchen.

Wir hatten tolle Tage in der Unterkunft. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein tolles Haus in einer großartigen Gegend.”

Perfekte Lage für Ausflüge aber auch sehr ruhig gelegen zum Entspanne.

Excellent villa on a ridge between Gambassi Terme and Certaldo. The ~200m elevation and breeze helps on hot summer days. Beautifully finished building with all the amenities you need, and a nice distant view of San Gimignano over the vineyards and olive groves.The pool and area was clean. Dorota is a great host!

Sehr ruhige lage. Strasse vor dem Haus ist nicht stark befahren. Pool vor dem Haus war der Hammer!!!!

Sehr nette bemühte Gastgeber, tolles individuelles geräumiges Haus, gut ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten, toller Pool und Sitzgelegenheiten draußen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge nach Pisa, Siena und Florenz. Wir kommen gern wieder!

We truly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. The location was great for everywhere we traveled in Tuscany.

What a fantastic Villa with a very convenient location. The owner Massimo was very accommodating and offered some excellent local knowledge of places to go including one of the best meals we had in Italy. Very good food options, close to groceries, and some very close local wineries. San G was only a short drive away. Very clean, updated and some great design touches to the home that let you know the owners put some extra love into the place. Easy drive to Florence for the next leg of our trip. Great views to relax and admire. Would stay again and recommending to friends.

We had a fantastic 2 weeks at Villa Renina. Massimo and Dorota (owners) were so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The pool is amazing and the views to San Gimignano are stunning. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We had day trips to Florence, Siena and San Gimignano. It is a perfect base to explore Tuscany. The weather was fantastic with no rain at all! Thank you so much Massimo for a thoroughly relaxing holiday! Grazie mille!

Everything was as described, excellent house with excellent comfort. The owners are very friendly and considerate and constantly endeavoured to satisfy any wishes. We had a marvellous holiday. The coverage of the region by Telecom Italia is not optimal but that is obviously in God's hands.

Beautiful villa in a fantastic setting with view towards fameous mideaval city San Gimignano, known its towers that creates the mieaval "Manhattan Skyline". Very helpful owners. The house had beautiful outdoor areas and nice indoor areas with a well equipted kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay in this house.

We had a lovely week in this very comfortable villa. The owners are friendly and very helpful with any issues. Everything you need is in the villa and the owners give a very thorough tour and explanation of how things work. The area is great for exploring Tuscany with lovely towns and reataurants nearby. The only negative is the villa is close to a very busy road that can be noisy while you are lying by the pool. The views more than make up for it though.

Die Villa Renina ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt eine Erkundungstour durch die Toskana. Florenz, Siena, Pisa oder auch die Crete Senesi liegen max. 1h entfernt.
Die Eigentümer (Dorota und Massimo) sind äußerst bemüht und auf Komfort bedacht. Die Antwort auf eine Frage erfolgt umgehend.
Das Haus selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Trotz frischer Temperaturen im April hatten wir die Möglichkeit zu heizen. Parkplatz ausreichend vorhanden und auch sonst ist das Grundstück wirklich groß.
Genial ist der Ausblick auf San Gimignano - morgens wie abends! Gorgeous!
Es war wirklich alles perfekt!

No ordinary air b&b, Villa Renina has been lovingly restored with an attention to detail that really stands the La Revina apart from the holiday let crowd. From the moon faces on the doors to the picture frame window on the stairs, every room has its own thoughtfull detail. The location makes this an ideal Tuscan base to explore local hill towns. The view from the terrace brings the hills to your breakfast table. We enjoyed the misty mornings looking across the valley to the towers if San Gimignano. We were greeted with a small food basket and wine made by the hosts. A truely wonderful place to spend a week.

We really loved this house, the view and the owners. Not cheap but for us more then worthy!!

Haus top, Lage top, Vermieter hervorragend, jedem zu empfehlen, super Urlaub

Als wir um 16.00 ankamen wurden wir von der Besitzerin Dorota herzlich empfangen. Sie hat uns das gesamte Haus gezeigt. Die Immobilie ist neuwertig renoviert und vollständig klimatisiert und sehr sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Nach 1 Woche konnten wir unkompliziert die Bett- und Frottewäsche ersetzen. Dank dem Cheminée vor dem Haus konnten wir fabelhafte Barbecues zubereiten und natürlich ein feines Glas Rotwein aus der Umgebung geniessen. (z.B. Corbucci Weinboutique ca. 500 Meter vom Haus entfernt) Der neu erstellte Pool war eine willkommene Abkühlung im Juni und lädt zum "sprudeln" und plantschen ein. Gambassi Terme ist ein idealer Ort für Ausflüge z.B. nach Siena, San Gimignano, Bolgheri, Montereggione, Volterra, Montaione....
Vom Haus aus hat man übrigens einen wunderbaren Blick auf San Gimignano und Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great location, accommodating hosts, all new but with and from old world charm. Spacious, yes spacious with privacy for all. Very comfortable in every way. Would definitely return.

The hosts were very friendly and welcomed us when we arrived with little basket of food:) The house is amazing, brand new but built from recycled materials so it feels rustic. The view is breathtaking. Perfect for lazy afternoons by the pool followed by a bbq plus plenty of wine!
