Villa Corfu Panorama

The villa was absolutely beautiful! The pictures don’t do it justice. Matthaio and Sophia were very helpful and truly cared about our experience on the island. The location is quite far if you’re looking to spend a lot of time around old town Corfu, but the view and surrounding beaches make up for it. Thank you for such amazing hospitality!

The accommodation was excellent and very spacious for our family party of 16. In particular the pool and kitchen area by the pool was very well equipped and large enough for all of us. We were a party of Grandparents, parents and grandchildren ranging from 5years old to 19. The separate living areas were ideal to give us all private space. Matteo was very attentive and friendly and kindly removed our refuse every morning. We would highly recommend this villa for a large family group

We had a tremendous week with our family of 17. The outdoor pool area and kitchen is so great we spent very little time in the villa itself. Fantastic views from the pool during sunset. Only recommendation would be to improve the internet speed which was quite slow. This was particularly an issue given that the mobile phone reception in the area is poor.

We loved out stay at Villa Panorama! Group of 14 and it was perfect!! Very near the town (within walking distance) and very easy to get taxis everywhere. Mr Mateo and Sofia were incredibly kind and helpful and made us so welcome. Would really recommend!!

Een erg fijn verblijf, we waren met 11 vrouwen en er was plaats voor 15 personen dus we hielden ruimte over. Lux huis met name het poolhouse is het meeste gebruikt door ons, heerlijk zitten daar. Mooi uitzicht, fijn zwembad, alles wat we nodig hadden. Er is weinig te belopen in de omgeving, wij hadden huurauto’s en zouden ook niet zonder kunnen op deze locatie. Wel echt een aanrader!

My group of 14 adults comfortably fit in the villa with lots of space each. The communal areas and outdoor spaces are stunning. The view is just as the photos - unreal! The villa has all the amenities you’d ever need (kitchen wear, towels etc). Communication with Matteo and his team was fab all the way through the trip. Amazing value for money! Would highly recommend.

Beautiful place, great views, easy check in and check out. The only drawback is that you need to drive/taxi if you don’t fancy a 20 minute walk to the nearest (and only) tavern. Kassipoi is a 15 minute drive away. Still highly recommend, just be prepared for that. Otherwise perfect

A group of 15 stayed for a week and had a great time. Having the individual apartments giving everyone their own space was an added bonus. Everywhere was clean and well maintained.

the villa had everything you could expect or need for a large family, we were 17 (10 kids) and there was plenty room and facilities to accommodate us all. beautiful surroundings and a great view. the pool was perfect fol all the kids. peaceful and quiet place. last but not least Matteo was a pleasure to communicate with.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Panorama. An amazing setting with wonderful views across the lagoon and sea, and gorgeous sunsets. The accommodation was well equipped for a large group and each family had its own apartment which was great. The owners were very responsive and helpful. A ten/15 min walk to beaches and restaurants - all in all a great week!

The villa is very similar to the pictures, altough the pictures are somewhat dated. For example the plants behind the sunbeds are much higher, there is a dishwasher in the outdoor kitchen and there are more airco units. Overall the villa is very spacious en well utilized (dishwashers, kitchens, glasses, etc). For us (multi family group) the privacy of seperate appartments was very nice. We mostly ate diner in the outdoor kitchen at the pool. There are mosquitos, mostly around sunset. There is a beach accros the road (5min car). The location of the Villa is a bit remote with Corfu city being 1 hour drive, so for teenagers / young adult it could be an issue to go out on their own. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We have the best holiday ever. There were 11 of us and the villa is big enough that we all had plenty of room. The villa has self contained suites so each group had their own kitchen and bathroom. The infinity pool was amazing with the views out to Albania stunning. The outdoor kitchen, dining area and barbecue was where we spent most time. There is everything there you could possibly need. We walked to the beach every day and to the shops and cafes. Mr Mateo and Sofia are the perfect hosts, pool was cleaned every day. The photos don’t do this place justice it is simply beautiful. Take mozzy spray for the evenings!

We had the absolute best time, we were a group of 13 women and never wanted to leave the pool area! Everything was perfectly laid out, the kitchen in the pool area got used the most, and it was so thoughtful they even left charcoal so we could bbq. They even did a grocery delivery for us which was great as it meant we didn't need to rent a car or worry about getting to a big supermarket. There is a shop run by a lovely woman just a short 8 minute walk away and the beach a few minutes further. We are already planning when we can come back! The local travel agency Leandros is who we used for all our airport transfers, transfers to corfu port for a boat trip, and they were amazing to work with, even giving us tips on what was going on locally.

Stunning location in easy reach of local shops and services; clean spacious rooms with ample bathroom facilities; lounge and kitchen areas fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils; spacious veranda areas outside of each compartment area; pool and external kitchen/bathroom/dining area with stunning views and sunsets to the north and west across the Strait of Corfu; Sofia and support team were brilliant - always on call, attentive and very quick to respond. We had a fantastic holiday at Villa Panorama - thank you Sofia and Team - The Yeos - (family of 12 in all).

The House had plenty of rooms. They were clean and comfortable, so every family had their own flat (4 families) 16 persons. We enjoyed our stay although the mountins was burning. The pool was very nice and we spent lot of hours in it. The view from the pool was beautiful - trees, water and Albania in the horizon.

Lovely place for a large group of 16 of us with a fantastic pool area. Highly recommend it. Thanks for having us we had a great week!

We had the best week in Panorama Villa (week 28, 2023) - the house and the beautiful surroundings and the pool were amazing. The house was clean and nice and the pool was checked and cleaned at least two or three times during the time we were there. Sofia, our host, was sweet, engaging and incredibly helpful.
We recommend that you have a car - as it is too far to walk to the nearest "bigger" city and the road is busy and it is hot ????. There are three restaurants nearby, and a couple of smaller supermarkets.
We can recommend the place and you can be delighted.

It was a perfect stay for us! Everything was there in a perfect state.
We were with our parents and 3 families. One big house and 3 appartments. The Pool and the view were splending.
The host was very kind and helpfull. With children it is nice to go to The Pyramide. A dining and playground. Its a walk of 10 minutes.
We really recommend this for families.

The villa is absolutely beautiful, and the photos can’t do it justice - you simply have to see it for yourself. Beds are comfy, pool is incredible, and the whole place is done out to a high standard.

This place is amazing for large groups, the view is amazing and you have everything you need to make your vacation great.

Posarelli Villas was absolutely fantastic. We had a wonderful time as a family. The pool and house were exceptional - so clean and well kept. Everything we needed was there and Sofia was a superb host. She helped with anything we needed and was so accommodating. I recommend this house with its stunning views and lovely owner unreservedly. This Villa was great. We had a large family holiday of 14. Plenty of room for everyone to socialise or have some time alone. The Villa is spotless and really well kept. Sofia does a great job ensuring you have everything you need and nothing is too much trouble. The views are simply breathtaking. The property itself is a short walk from the beach which again was lovely and The Pyramid is a good place to have a really good meal or a fantastic breakfast. Big shout out to Lola Supermarket and Bibos street food amazing! We only hired cars a few days as they can be needed. We did however get Dimitri and his taxis to take us to Kassiopi a good few nights which is well worth a visit for some shops and restaurants and something for the young adults. 15 euros one way was really decent with four in a taxi! We loved everything about the villa and my only small negative is the entrance to the villa and the speed that the traffic go when trying to cross the road. Extra care is required as it is on a hidden bend and the traffic flies round at great speed. Otherwise this was a great Villa with fantastic help from the owners and local stores. If I was having another family holiday like this I would definitely go back. Thanks to all

Honestly I dont write reviews often but we all rated the villa highly! As a group of 12, we ALL loved the villa. Very clean when we arrived! The layout is very well thought out I.e having a bathroom and outdoor kitchen by the pool so you dont have to cook inside separating people. The morning and evening views are amazing, couldn't get enough!!! Local area is close to bars and restaurants. Walking distance from a few sandy beach, The team were very helpful in answering questions around activities and places to see beforehand. Sofia was a great host!! You wont regret the stay! One tip. We hired a car from the airport which I highly recommend to do. You wont be dependent on local transport.

Kitchen at pool was ideal for preparing and eating meals and main Villa just perfect for relaxing! Well furnished and rooms and sitting areas. We were a large group of friends and had wonderful stay. This villa is amazing. If you are a group the rooms are split into 4 groups. so you can travel with 4 families and all have your own area, own living space, own kitchen, own bathroom. There are appliances everywhere, even a dishwasher next to the bbq area and kitchen. It is a short walk to a sandy beach, which there is also shops, tavernas, and cocktails bars, with a couple of things for the kidsto do. Check in was easy and also check out. Ample space around and in the pool for 15 guests or more. It was better than our high expectations.

What a wonderful property and such a lovely host.
We were a family of 11 and found that Villa Corfu Panorama had plenty of space for us all. The setting is beautiful and we made use of the fabulous outside kitchen and swimming pool.
Our host, Sofia, was very welcoming and had great local knowledge to help settle us on our first day.
All round a wonderful time, would definitely recommend and would not think twice about a return visit. Visit Pyramid Beach area, and take a short walk to the beach area to the right - there is a cave within swimming distance. Take a trip to Kassiopi and visit Little Italy for a great Italian dinner. Wave in Kassiopi harbour do a great eggs, bacon and rocket on toast breakfast.
Close to the villa, next to Lola’s super market is Mr Bob’s food truck - try the gyros or the gyros platter - sooo good!

Nous étions 4 familles avec ados et enfant à séjourner dans cette maison. La maison est très bien aménagée et particulièrement adaptée pour plusieurs familles permettant de passer des vacances entre amis tout en conservant son intimité. Mention spéciale pour l’extérieur de la maison avec la piscine, le barbecue et la cuisine extérieure. Nous avons vécu dehors tout le séjour. L’emplacement est idéal pour rayonner sur tout le nord de l’île. Sofia a été très accueillante et de bon conseil. Rien a dire, tout était parfait.

The place is absolutely amazing, it totally exceeded our expectations. The pool was large and fun, the views incredible, the house beautiful, air conditioned and clean, the layout perfect for an extended family. We were made very welcome and felt entirely comfortable (perhaps a bit too comfortable, no one wanted to go home). It was walking distance to the shop and beach although we would recommend hiring a car or taking boat trips to go further afield and explore more of Corfu, particularly Corfu Town and the NE beaches. Beautiful, friendly and luxurious, we hope to be back.

Absolutely amazing villa and location! Before coming we weren’t sure how close we would be to everything but there were shops, restaurants and activities all within walking distance and the views were stunning so overall an amazing location! The villa itself was gorgeous and had everything we needed and was super spacious. The pool area was definitely the best bit as it was stunning! The host - Sofia - was so so lovely and welcomed us so well, gave us lots of information and was there for us throughout the whole stay! She was absolutely amazing and so were all the other locals such as Lola, the shop owner! Massive thank you to everyone - our holiday was amazing!

If you want a big villa to spend holidays with your friends and kids this is the best place. The layout is perfect because there are four apartments with different entrance and you can have privacy. Pool area is well equipped and the view is the best. The only negative are the mosquitoes so bring with you bug spray, candles etc. and you should be fain. Very nice and helpful host. We had a great time!

This Villa is incredible!!! Exquisite views, well equipped house with great entertainment areas, hosts are so helpful, and great location. This is the perfect spot for a big group. The only fault I can think of is the mosquitos at sunset, but bring bug spray and you are golden. I would also recommend hiring a car - it is cheap and allows you to explore the island.

We had the most incredible stay at Villa Corfu Panorama and didn't want to come home!. There were 12 family members made up of 4 smaller family groups so the villa being split into 4 units was perfect for us. The whole place was perfectly clean including all covid information and cleaning equipment and notices. There were hair dryers, washing machines and dishwashers. Each unit had all the possible amenities you could wish for ie all kitchens were all fully stocked with toaster kettle microwave etc. The outdoor BBQ and pool area was absolutely wonderful. There was plenty of space for us all and another fantastic kitchen fully equipped and outdoor toilet and shower. Sofia looked after us so well and gave us great recommendations of places to eat and see. The closest beach was amazing Spirydon...we did drive down but you could walk. Beautifully clean beach and sunbeds to hire. Sand smooth and water clear and shallow. Tavernas there were wonderful...excellent food and masks worn etc. We had the best time and as soon as we can we will book again for next year...just for longer this time!

This is an amazing villa. It is a unique offer because of its size and concept. There are 4 independent apartments, with their own kitchen and baths. There is also a large living room as common space, and every other room has access to balconies, with wonderful view. The most valuable part of the house is the pool kitchen, barbecue, and common space near the pool, ideal for diners and breakfast. This is ideal for up to four families, it offers as much comfort and privacy as possible, the best of both - the world of hotels and private accommodation. Every apartment contains a big screen TV (in case you need a TV in such rich environment with natural beauties). All amenities that you can possibly need are there, from the hair dryers to the coffee-machines. Bed sheets and towels are changed every 4-5 days, cleaning is done regularly but you can arrange anything with Sofia. Cleanliness is on a highest level. A very nice family that owns the property has thought of each detail, anything you might need, they will certainly make available for you. The photos are not covering all that the house is offering. There is also a small basketball court (We have ran over the basketball with a car, the last day, sorry about that) and a brand new tennis table unit, tennis rackets, balls, playing cards, chess, all barbeque necessities, every little detail is provided for your comfort – amazing.

The northern Corfu, and area where the house is located is perfect. It is about 900m from a very nice sandy beach, and it overlooks a lake, a fishing area, where you can always buy fresh fish, and Prokletije mountains in the distance, which always paint a different landscape in mornings and evenings. The nearest touristic village is Kassiopi, about 10 minutes of driving so the house is isolated enough to provide peace and calm to its guests, but many nice beaches are not far away – Sidari is about 20 minutes of driving, Paleocastritsa 45 mins, Corfu city also 45mins. There are many activities offered right there – Horse riding, bike rentals with beautiful tours around the lake and nearest sandy beaches. At 5mins walking, there is a shop with everything you might need on daily basis – Lola shop and a nice beach bar to the right of the main beach, called Pyramid. In Acharavi, the nearest village – 5 mins driving from the house, you can find bigger supermarkets, but also diving and boat rentals, but I can recommend boat rentals in Sidari or Paleocastritsa.

I think the hospitality of people on Corfu is well known, but I need to mention Manthos and Sofia, the owners of the villa – wonderful hosts. They are really paying attention to each detail and you can rely that they will help in anything you might need.
