Beach Villa Athanasia

Wow, wow wow. We have just come back from Ancharvi and we had an amazing time. The villa has everything you need and is the most perfect area. I will definitely look into re-visiting, we had a great time.Anthanasia was amazing. So attentive and always contactable.

In reality this Villa is exactly as in the Pictures, nice outdoor areas and pool, walk through the gate and you are on the Beach great for families or adults, nice restaurants near by and the Owner Athanasia is extremly helpful,

Amazing location, peaceful and wild beach far from touristic places. Our host was very kind and reactive. Fantastic villa, We enjoyed the sunset from the pool, the beach and the bed! The kitchen equipment not always practical and requires a refresh, but overall usable.

The Villa was perfect in terms of location. We didn’t use the pool much because being directly on the beach with such clean seas why would we need to. The resident cat was an added bonus. Spectacular views, sunsets and storm viewing. We fell on love with Corfu and will definitely come again. Perfect villa!

An incredible beach front villa in a peaceful area. Short walk to several great tavernas and shop nearby! The host was so friendly and helped us get settled in to the villa. Very responsive to queries and calls for assistance. She recommended lots of local tavernas and beaches to visit. The villa itself is very well equipped and was perfect for our needs. Beautiful pool area and we used to built in barbecue most days. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

A fantastic spot on a beautiful beach. I can't overstate how great it was to be able to walk directly out onto a beautiful, pristine beach then have the option to shower off and jump in the pool! Incredible sunsets every night. Close walkable food that was fantastic. It was a great stay.

We loved everything about this property. The welcome from Athanasia was warm. The villa was as described and the location hard to beat. Both Taverna's in walking distance (George's and Zephros) were excellent and great value for money. Nikos supermarket had all the supplies we needed along with amazing pastries for our morning coffee.

It was a pleasure for us to be guests in this wonderful beach villa! The price-performance ratio was really unbeatable! The clean, incredibly beautiful beach right on the doorstep, great, clean pool, great seating for any time of day, fly screens on the windows, enough towels with the option to wash if necessary, dishwasher, grill. Everything as described. Generally very friendly people, great restaurants and good shopping at very good prices in the area. And last but not least: great hostess who responds quickly to questions. We were even able to check in early, which was very helpful with two overtired children.

Wunderschöne kleine Villa direkt am Strand. Gut ausgestatteter Außenbereich. Ideal zum Runterkommen. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Vielen lieben Dank, Athanasia, für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Deiner Villa. Die Lage nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt ist phänomenal. Ebenso ist der Swimmingpool das Highlight der Villa. Wir haben es genossen, täglich sowohl im Meer als auch im Pool baden zu gehen (und das im April ;-)))...! Die Kommunikation mit Athanasia war stets unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Haus war sauber und war mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Ein weiteres Highlight war die sehr zutrauliche schwarze Katze "Blacky", die täglich für Streicheleinheiten vorbeikam. In der Umgebung befindet sich ein sehr gutes Restaurant und verschiedene Strände. Wir haben sehr schöne Wanderungen unternommen und können die Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank für alles, Athanasia. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

We had a wonderful time at the villa, quiet surroundings but close enough to fun places. Just beautiful beach, house and outside spacious and well set up. Fantastic host.

Niesamowite miejsce, które zapadnie nam w pamięć na długo. Basen sprzątany codziennie, nowe leżaki, miejsce do grillowania i odpoczynku. Blisko do okolicznych, bardzo dobrych tawern. Mieliśmy mały problem z elektrycznością (nie z winy właściciela), ale sposób w jaki zaregowała Gospodyni sprawił, że już po kilku godzinach wszystko było w porządku. Wszyscy jednogłośnie stwierdziliśmy, że chętnie wrócimy.

It is difficult to find enough superlatives to describe this villa. 3 air conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, right on a beautiful beach..... If you want a holiday where you can eat, sleep, swim, tan, entertain, repeat... Then this is your place. If it is available for your dates then I would say book it now.

The owner was fantastic, made all the difference when we had problems
Our holiday was impacted by an accident (my wife tripped, which resulted in a hairline fracture of her foot) - which was nothing to do with the accommodation. The house owner was absolutely fantastic in helping us organise required treatment - including driving us to a local clinic three times. As my wife was then on crutches, she also did grocery shopping for us on 3 occasions. It is not what is expected of accommodation, but the villa was not very convenient for someone on crutches for the first time (my wife is also 67 years old). She fell for a second time in the villa and then we decided to head home one week early.

It was perfect for a short break. sleeps six but not for 6 perfect for a family of 4/5. Location on the beach is great and beach bar/restaurant within a very short walk……good food and service! If you like to relax and do very little…..this place is for you!
